Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the sunglasses securely in their original hard case and box to prevent any damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
